Over the years many students have turned to us for guidance. It is most often for supervision, theoretical or hands-on input for a masters theses or other nature based student projects. This time we received an inspiring inquiry by Karam Khattab, a student in the Design+Change program at Linnaeus University. He was looking for support and input to his digital Guide to Forest Bathing, a project exploring how rural nature based interventions positively can affect students emotional state and overall well-being.
And what a lovely guide you made, Karam. It is an easy, accessible and user friendly guide to Forest Bathing, aimed at students or anyone looking for a personal, down-to-earth introduction to forest bathing.
