It is a collaboration between Shinrin-Yoku Sweden, Institute for Forest Bathing, Portugal and Spain and Nature, Health and wellbeing, Ireland.

We invite you to explore our new european network for education, training, method development, collaboration and research. Our aim is to provide high quality services and cutting edge trainings in Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy, adapted to a variety of needs, and varied european languages, cultures and lands. To allow for a path of restoration and healing to open and to support the natural world with ways to walk towards inner and outer resilience.
